Adriana is a 6 year old twin girl, who suffered even before birth due to Twin Twin Transfusion Syndrome. This caused multiple medical complications for her from the moment she was born. She was kept in the hospital from her time of birth until she reached 3 months. However, when her family was finally able to bring her home, they realized there was something wrong. Adriana’s muscles were very tense and her mobility seemed off in comparison to her twin sister. At just 5 ½ months old, Adriana was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. From that day forward, Adriana has received physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy in order to help her progress. She has come a long way—this little girl who was not able to sit, eat or crawl by herself can now crawl, sit and stand with assistance! However, she still has a long way to go. Adriana wears braces on her legs, uses a walker, and gets botox injections in order to help her muscles relax. Adriana’s family is raising money in order to afford a chord blood transfusion for her, which has been known to cure Cerebral Palsy. Their goal is for their daughter to one day be able to run and play with her siblings. Please help the Charles Seller Foundation support this strong little girl and her amazing family in their goal to see their daughter be able to walk on her own!
