The Executive Board

Fallon Garretson, President 

Fallon is currently enrolled at William Paterson University’s Cotsakos College of Business obtaining a Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Healthcare Management and Economics. She first joined the Charles Seller Foundation in 2016, following in her big sister’s footsteps. Since then, she has been involved in one way or another, whether that be as a member, as an executive board member, as a production team member or as an orchestra member! Previously, Fallon has served as the Secretary of the foundation as well as the Executive Vice President. She is so proud of the work that this foundation does for the community and its members. Fallon is also grateful to be able to serve on the Executive Board and ecstatic to be the President. She is looking forward to another wonderful year and is excited to see what is to come!

Toniann Seals, Executive Vice President

Toniann earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Dance and Criminal Justice from Montclair State University in 2019. She earned her Masters degree in Homeland Security from Rider University in 2021. She has had a passion for dance throughout her life and is lucky to use it to bring the community together for a good cause. She has been involved with The Charles Seller Foundation and Talent Time Players since 2016 and is grateful for the opportunity to bring positivity and good fortune to others.

Caitlin Miller, Treasurer

Caitlin Miller is a graduate of Caldwell University and is currently an elementary special education teacher. She has been a part of the Charles Seller Foundation for the last few years, first helping with costumes for Seussical, then joining the production team and cast of Newsies this past year. Caitlin has a passion for theater, dance and helping those in her community which is exactly what the Charles Seller Foundation is all about. She’s looking forward to being the Treasurer for the foundation and is excited for the year to come!

Katelyn Marsden, Vice President

Katelyn Marsden is currently an Educational American Sign language interpreter for her job. She has had a love for theater dating back to elementary school and was happy to join the Charles Seller Foundation for this past year’s show Newsies! She became very passionate for this organization and was excited to run for the board to do all she could to help support this organization. She is happy to serve along with her fellow board members and is excited to see what the year holds for them!

Julia Debiak, Secretary

Julia is a freshman student at Ramapo College of New Jersey majoring in theatre with a concentration in stage management and directing. They have been a part of theatre for seven years and stage managing for five years. They previously stage managed The Charles Seller Foundation’s production of Newsies. She is more than excited to be a part of the Executive Board and to help the organization in another year of incredible work!

Victoria Alameda, Constitutional Advisor

Victoria is a third-year music therapy student at West Chester University and has been a part of The Charles Seller Foundation since 2017. Victoria has previously served on the Executive Board as President in 2022 and 2023 as well as Executive Vice President in 2021 and received the Doemling Award in 2018. Victoria has been a part of numerous Talent Time productions in recent years both on and off stage including Newsies, Seussical, Addams Family, James and the Giant Peach, Shrek, and Putnam County Spelling Bee. She is so grateful for the community within and that surrounds the organization and for all of the amazing memories and connections she has made with the organization and is looking forward to another great year with the foundation!
